Questions online sellers ask
Do I need a website developer?
No. You choose a theme, add your logo and products, and your store is live. Everything is done from the browser on a computer or phone.
I sell only on Facebook now. Do I need a store?
A store gives every product its own link with photos, sizes and price, takes orders while you sleep, and works with your ads, Pixel and product catalogue. Messenger orders still go in with the manual order form.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on plans that include it. Until then your store lives at ecom.jonakisoft.com/shop/your-name.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz (cards, mobile banking, internet banking), or a manual bKash / Nagad payment with the transaction ID. Payments go to your own merchant accounts.
Which couriers are supported?
Pathao, Steadfast and RedX. You connect your own courier account and book parcels from the order screen.
Can my staff use it in Bangla?
Yes. The store and every back-office screen are available in Bangla and English, and each person can choose their own language.
Do you help with setup?
Yes. We show you and your staff how to use it over the phone or WhatsApp. If you want us to set up your store and move your products for you, ask about the optional setup and migration service.
Is my data safe?
Each store's data is kept separate, every change is recorded in an audit log, and staff only see what their role allows.
