How do I pay?
By bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Online card payment through SSLCommerz can be arranged. Contact us and we'll activate your plan.
What does the free trial include?
Everything, for 7 days. No card needed. Your store and data stay when you subscribe.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up the store yourself is free. If you want us to set up your store and import your products for you, the optional setup and migration service costs ৳5,000 once. Prices exclude VAT.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. Payments go to your own bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz account and your courier pays you directly. SMS is billed per message.
Are these prices final?
Not yet. The prices shown are introductory placeholders and may change; we confirm your price before you pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us to move to another plan at any time.
What happens if I don't renew?
The back office locks until you renew, but your data is kept.
What is the difference between a subscription and the own-server licence?
A subscription runs on our servers and includes updates and support for as long as you pay. With the own-server licence you pay once and run the store on your own server; support and updates are an optional yearly plan.
