Return & exchange policy

Exchange within 7 days

1. Check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is wrong, you may refuse it and pay only the delivery charge.
2. Size or colour exchange within 7 days of delivery: unused, unwashed, with the tag. Inside Dhaka we exchange once for free; outside Dhaka you pay the courier charge one way.
3. Damaged or wrong item: message us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it free of charge.
4. Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the same bKash / Nagad number within 3 working days.

Not returnable: cosmetics once opened, attar, jewellery for hygiene reasons (unless damaged on arrival).
